Paul Doherty

Paul Doherty is a London-based painter working primarily in watercolour, ink, and mixed media. Blending elements of figuration and surrealism, his practice explores memory, symbolism, and emotional resonance through layered compositions that move between the observed and imagined. His works evoke fragmented narratives shaped by personal reflection, atmosphere, and psychological space.

His work was recently featured in “(UN)SEEN”, the inaugural exhibition at Hypha x Eastern City Studios (10 April – 16 May 2026).
